When you place an order for personalised jewellery it is handmade especially for you. On every personalised product page you will see an estimated production timeframe. We are a small team so please only email us regarding your orders whereabouts if it has passed the production and delivery timeframe. Non personalised jewellery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

✦ Remove jewellery before exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, chemicals, bleach etc. When not wearing your jewellery store it in a cool, dark, dry place.Clean your jewellery by gently buffing with a dry cloth.

✦ Lucky Eleven jewellery is made using high quality metals only. We work with a range of materials to create our pieces. You can find the metals used to create each piece under the 'product description' tab on any product page. We want our jewellery to last so our goal is to craft jewellery that is durable, hypoallergenic and affordable. We work with 925 sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold plating and stainless steel. We also offer a luxury range of solid gold and diamonds.

✦ Lots of our jewellery is water safe (e.g. can be worn in water without fading/tarnishing)! Check the description under any product to check if a piece is considered waterproof.
